This simple and powerful technique has been shown to be very effective in treating headaches, backaches, and even insomnia.

60 Minute Relaxation Massage
Unwind, de-stress, and recharge on our table as you receive 1 hour of full body relaxation massage. Relaxation massage is a wonderful way to soothe the nervous system and calm the entire body. Perfect for reducing tension, relieving everyday stress, and enhancing sleep quality, this service provides a tranquil escape from all the demands of the day to day. Ideal for those who are new to massage or anyone seeking a peaceful pause and reset.

60 Minute Deep Tissue Relaxation Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Chair Massage
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension in a more public setting, whether it be an organized event, workplace, outside of a popular venue, or festival. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which we bring to your desired location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done fully clothed. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, lasting 10 to 20 minutes, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

When applied to a specific area using heat as a catalyst this deeply nourishing & targeted treatment helps ease muscle tension, support nerve health, and promote overall relaxation.
Healing Herb(s) Infused Oil +$20
~ Elevate your massage with a handcrafted herb-infused oil blend formulated specifically for YOU! Packed with natural botanicals, these oils nourish the skin, calm the senses, and deepen relaxation for a truly restorative experience. This add-on requires a few extra questions at time of intake to go over client goals so that we formulate oil blend specifically to support client in reaching them. Client keeps oil blend after massage to use outside of therapy session as needed.
